Corrugated Gutter Guard Installation
Stop leaves, debris and vermin getting into your gutters with professionally installed aluminium mesh on your corrugated or Colorbond roof. Saddle-mounted systems fitted to every corrugated profile across Victoria.
Professional Corrugated Gutter Guard Installation
Corrugated (corro) and Colorbond roofs are the most common roof type across Victoria. Our aluminium mesh gutter guard systems are specifically engineered for corrugated profiles, delivering a tight, weatherproof fit on every install.
We use locally supplied aluminium and steel mesh available in both 2mm and 4mm apertures, powder-coated to match your Colorbond® roof colour. The saddle-mounted system sits perfectly in the valley of the corrugated profile and is finished with an aluminium trim strip flush with the gutter lip.
Why Corrugated Roofs Need the Right System
The raised profile of corrugated iron means leaves, bark and debris naturally accumulate at the gutter line. Without a properly fitted guard, gutters block quickly — especially under gum trees, pine trees or near bushland.
Our saddle-mounted system bridges each corrugation perfectly, leaving no gaps for debris or vermin to enter while allowing full water flow into your gutters.
Our Corrugated Gutter Guard Installation Process
Every corrugated gutter guard installation follows a proven four-step process.
Free Gutter Clean
Every installation starts with a professional gutter clean at no extra cost — all leaves, debris and sediment cleared before fitting begins.
Saddle Placement
Colour-matched saddles are positioned in each valley of the corrugated profile, spaced evenly along the gutter run for solid mesh support.
Mesh Roll-Out & Tensioning
Our aluminium mesh is rolled out across the saddles and tensioned evenly — preventing sagging and ensuring a clean, flat appearance.
Trim & Finish
Colour-matched aluminium trim strips are fixed along the outer gutter edge, locking the mesh and completing the installation with a neat finish.

Corrugated Gutter Guard FAQ
In most cases, yes — attaching gutter guards to a corrugated roof requires screwing through the roofing material to secure the system properly. This is standard practice and applies to verandas, tin roofs, alfrescos, patios, gazebos, porches, decks, pergolas and any similar structure. We always aim to position screws as discreetly as possible and hide them where we can, but visible screws are sometimes unavoidable — it's simply the correct way to attach the gutter guard securely. The screws we use are Colorbond-matched and corrosion-resistant, so while they may be visible, they won't rust, leak or cause any structural issues when installed correctly.
